What we know
The Morbi bridge collapse in 2022 killed 135 people. The Harni lake boat accident in Vadodara in 2024 killed 14, including 12 children. The TRP game-zone fire in Rajkot in May 2024 killed 27. The Gambhira bridge near Vadodara collapsed in 2025.
The pattern in each case is the same: contractors and inspections that failed.

- Where does each of these cases stand in court, and has anyone been convicted?
- Who inspects bridges, boats and amusement venues, and are inspection reports public?
- How do other states or countries make sure safety inspections actually happen?
