Exam paper leaks

What we know
An Indian Express investigation in February 2024 counted 41 recruitment-exam paper leaks in 15 states over five years. In July 2024 the Supreme Court said the NEET-UG 2024 leak was "not in dispute". Parliament passed the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act in 2024. The NEET-UG 2026 paper leaked as well, and the exam was cancelled and set for a re-test.
